Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — email info@ireboot.nl with your order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Returning the goods
- Send the goods back to [return address] without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. Refunds are made via the original payment method at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example, opened pet food or consumables).
